Research Abstract

超高齢化社会の到来に際し、骨疾患への新たな治療法の開発や再生された骨組織の機能を評価するための新たな評価・診断法の開発が求められている。本研究では、材料工学的手法を駆使し、骨の主要成分である生体アパタイトに注目し、その骨中の密度のみでなく、配向性に代表される結晶学的特徴に注目して、骨機能および再生過程を評価するとともに、各種硬組織健全化のための骨デザインを行なった
