Research Abstract

本研究では、質的に異なるマルチメディア・コンテンツを意味空間と呼ばれる仮想的な空間にマッピングすることにより、コンテンツの意味に基づく検索を可能とする手法について研究を行い、キーワードから画像コンテンツや映像コンテンツを検索可能とするシステムを構築し、良好な評価結果を得た。また、ユーザの嗜好に適応可能な検索技術やコンテンツの高速検索技術についても研究開発を行った。
