Research Abstract |
(1) In the IEICE Technical Report, We announced "Real-Time Text Presentation System Using Mobile Phone for Hearing Impaired Persons". (2) We developed "Real-Time Captioning System with Pronunciation alongside Chinese Characters According to Grade Using Mobile Phone for Hearing Impaired Persons". (3) We developed Real-Time Captioning System for "Microsoft Windows Mobile". (4) We developed Information Device which can switches the three kinds of Video Signal and compounds the three kinds of Video Signal.
