Research Abstract

子育てや看護をはじめとする家庭生活の多様な環境に配慮した企業および行政のワーク・ライフ・バランス(WLB)施策は、勤労者の生活に安心とゆとりをもたらし、ひいては企業、社会の活性化(少子化の克服も含む)に資する。本研究は総務省社会生活基本調査ミクロデータの独自の再集計値をもとに家庭内の男女、成員の役割関係の実態を解明し、WLBを実現する政策的含意の抽出を試みた。あわせて理論的研究も行った。
