Research Abstract |
Studies have been done considering following items. 1.Using the statistical data on the levels of local government, medical service providing unit, prefecture, to develop indices to evaluate the attainment of the objectives of local planning of Health Japan 21. 2. To show the methods to obtain statistical data of present situation of health status, daily living conditions on local government level. Based on these items, studies done during the three year period are, observation and analyses on present status of health promotion activities, objective setting, smoking control programs, effect of health promotion law on passive smoking environment, dental health activities, nutritional health activities, and multiple professional working in physical fitness activities. Standard survey methods to collect data to evaluate the attainment of the objectives were developed.
