This framework is a model of the new conception of knowledge for teachers, and we will be able to constitute new contents of the subjects fir teacher education at universities in this framework This model outlines the fundamental knowledge for teachers, however, it also shows expected competences for students at schools whom teachers will meet in the class They are similar. In this study, the differences and the commonalities of the school system between Austria and Japan were suggested. For the Japanese system, the necessity of new development of the actual multiple truck system of education was pointed out This model based on the .kansei, which means sensibility and the original sense of aesthetic, will be more possible in Japan than in Austria, taking the tradition of academic disciplines in Europe into consideration.
