Research Abstract |
In order to decrease the load to water environment, I examined concerning various laundry conditions. Especially, at 2005,connection you inspected in the agricultural chemical and the functional water. As for removal characteristic of the agricultural chemical from nylon effective appeared with the functional water, removal it from polyester showed the effect with the methyl alcohol. In research 2006,machine power, the effect of the enzyme and SDS was inspected as a laundry condition. Conclusion is as follows. 1)Influence of the machine power for the wet artificial pollution cloth-Using the alkaline electrolytic water, the restoration water, the tap water and the ion exchange water, machine power (tergot-o-meter) controlling in 40rpm〜160rpm, the result of inspecting the scavenging effect it is. The effect of extent washing whose machine power is large is high. But, with the 40℃, as for detergency it decreased with 160rpm. This main reason probably due to anti soil deposition onto cloth. 2)The addition effect of the enzyme and the surface active agent for the wet artificial pollution cloth : When with the 20℃, the tap water, the ion exchange water and the restoration water are used, when the enzyme is added, there was an effect. The condition the effect being highest was, when in the alkaline electrolytic water, SDS 4mmol/l and enzyme 0.01% are added with the 30℃. 3)Mechanism of washing of alkaline electrolytic water-As for the scavenging effect which is shown by the alkaline electrolytic water and the mixed liquid of SDS, the concentration of critical micelle concentration, SDS (cmc) low it is thought the for the sake of it moved to density whether the density which it is possible 8mol from.
