Research Abstract |
This study has two purposes. The first purpose is suggestion of a method to train a child care professional learning a skills of child-rearing support. The second purpose is suggestion of a method to support the development of child rearing parents. Therefore new learning environment and practice program were developed, and an education effect was inspected. A result is as follows. 1. In an initial stage of communication skill learning with a parent, it was suggested that this learning environment made an education effect. 2. Four methods were suggested as a practice program. (1)Positive mother becomes the part of teacher. (2)Introduction of three kinds of practice methods. (1)Student leadership type (2)Teacher and child-rearing support staff leadership type (3)Non-program type (3)A program with much number of participating parent and child. (4)A program how a younger student participates. Result of learning was suggested by both sides of a student and a parent. 3. A development support program for a parent was practiced in the form that a student and a parent discussed freely. It was given the opportunity when a parent noticed growth of a child by this practice. 4. A record of practice activity uses it as the teaching materials. As a result, it was suggested that an education method of this study was effective. We will continue a study in future and will investigate a more effective education method.
