Research Abstract

1, At the stage for the dispute about the Ansei Commercial Treaties sealing occurred, the Emperor Komei(孝明天皇) bound it together with "chokumonkonohitobito(勅問之人々)" took power away from Kujo Hisatada (九条尚忠) of the Naierann(内覧) and descend the secret Imperial edict of Bogo(戊午の密)勅). The Emperor and "chokumonkonohitobito" maneuvered the military affairs support of the Yuuhan (雄藩) to be provided.
