| Research Abstract |
This research aim to declare Japanese nation of the criminal and administration law's maturity level in the middle eight century at the relationship between region and center government. The measure is aiming at the working temple process at Kokubunji a importance project in Nara century. This measure are effective research to examination diversify of Kokubunji. For example,(1) Thought and establishment(2) Organ and skill,(3)Gather material is enormous about Kokubunji, so that, most of people don't development from personal research over the Kokubunji, therefore, people lack of angle as a whole is hold.(1) and(2) is practice finished and arrangement, material is enormous about(3) Because it is off the ground now.
