| Research Abstract |
After the economic system changed from "planned economy" to "market economy", the privatization advanced gradually in China and Vietnam. But the privatization advanced radically in Russia. What kind of enterprise were privatized in the process? And the privatizations were advanced by what kind of procedure? We will make them clear. In what kind of industry "the increases" of China and Vietnam appeared, who are the investors? We will investigate them.
The formation of the private ownership in transition economies is the one which is the social phenomenon. The change in the economic ethics, the society ethics, and the ideology of the public life will be attached importance in our research. They were analyzed in the approach of the economics and the sociology. The private ownership characters could be seen from the viewpoint of social science by our research.
