I The collection of data and presentation:
Research distribution person's YASUI made the business trip Tokyo, and obtained the collection of data related to the community welfare. FURUMURA presented this thesis. For Japanese Society for The Study of Social welfare (Osaka City University on September 23, 2007). Contents of the report are "Problem of an old colliery shopping street and the resident after the close of the mine." In the case of our research, The movement in the GARO district in Bibai City, when the colliery was stopped in the shopping street, had various problems Until now, the problem of welfare with the shopping street was not paid to attention.
II The Hokkaido social welfare conference has cooperated on this reseach.
A community women's association has supported the community welfare.
III Recently, NPOs support the community welfare.
It is difficult for a community women's association to make NPOs according to our research.
But the woman of about 30-40 years old is making NPOs. It is necessary by two kinds.
