The problem of school refusal is an important subject in education. Adjustment guidance class is big function for children to return for school, but it wasn't being considered up to now how to cooperate for an orientation classroom to function well. In this research, the questionnaire about the actual condition and consciousness was carried out about cooperation of adjustment guidance class. It was considered from 6 sides as relation with child's enrollment school, relation between the instructors, relation with a supervision department, relation with a guardian and relation or various person. It was analyzed about the degree of necessity, practice and satisfaction, but it was a relation between the instructors that it was most highly regarded. On the other hand, there was recognition that a relation with child's enrollment school is important cooperation, but that it isn't functioning well became clear. The instructor's morale was very high, and that operation in adjustment guidance class is developed compared with the former study became clear. 3 could be named as the matter by which it seems necessary in cooperation in the future adjustment guidance class from these results. First is letting to know adjustment guidance class. Second is clarifying each role in the resources in connection with children. Third is mentioned to place the one linked to classroom return, the one linked to child's independence or an orientation classroom clearly.
