| Research Abstract |
総合診療領域の患者において, うつ病性障害の程度を評価する指標を用いて, いかなる身体症状から抑うつ状態の存在を疑うべきかを検討した. さらに, 抑うつ状態の程度により, 身体的QOL(quality of life)の低下がみられるかを評価した.さらに, うつ病性障害以外の精神神経科的指標としての不安にも着目し, 身体症状やQOLとの関連も検討した.
