Research Abstract

口腔粘膜に接する部位を軟らかくし、その弾性を利用して大きな咬合力を分散させ、装着感と咀嚼能に優れた義歯を提供するために、本研究では義歯製作過程で軟質材料を義歯表面に装着するための軟質裏装材の開発を目的とした。軟質裏装材は、ウレタンオリゴマーを主成分とした光重合型とし、その物理的性質の改良研究と生体安全性を確認する臨床試験を行った。その結果、光重合型軟質裏装材として、使用可能な組成と成分が明らかとなった
