Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This paper analyzes the relation between the school board's action and school management in the view of teachers' collaboration for professional development. I consider that education administration should facilitate teachers' professional development through school management. But, teachers' consultants don't have sufficient opportunities for improving job skills. I examine the problem facing teachers' consultants on performance of a task.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
