Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study was to provide a supportive environment for the use of e-portfolio systems in lifelong learning. To this end, we examined how to support the acquisition of portfolio utilization literacy and portfolio construction skills using the existing environment. Based on the results, we developed "B-Portfolio," a system that allows students to record their reading experiences, record and reflect on their learning, and update their own learning outcomes, so that they can create portfolios for lifelong learning, while developing portfolio utilization literacy based on reflection on their reading experiences as a foothold for portfolio creation. Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究の学術的意義は、教育機関等に属していないために使用できるeポートフォリオシステムのない学習者に対して自己学習を促進するための条件を明らかにし、それを用いた支援環境を設計・開発したことである。eポートフォリオは個人の学習成果や能力を可視化し、評価や進路決定に活用するための有用なツールであるが、教育機関に属していないとシステムだけでなく、そこに記録すべき学び自体が不明確になる。そこで学習者ならば誰もが行うであろう読書をその学びのベースラインとして設定し、その記録と振り返りを足場掛けとしてeポートフォリオでの学びのトレーニングをしていく環境を構築し・公開したことは社会的意義がある。
