The study theme has been changed because of covid-19. I could not go to Fukushima and US.
I’ve studied the situation of soil contamination in urban area in Japan. I focused the Soil Contamination Countermeasure Law: SCCL national law and Tokyo Metropolitan Environmental Security Ordinance: TMESO Tokyo metropolitan ordinance. Under SCCL, many potential polluted sites are overlooked because of postponement of investigation. Under TMESO, many polluted sites are investigated. The number of polluted sites on TMESO is double on SCCL
