Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, based on the method of community organising, a way of employment support based on self-interest was found.It was found that the goal of career development is not based on individual needs and social needs, but on the common self-interests that are found to be difficult to live with in each person's situation. It was also clarified that support based on the 'social linkage model' is necessary, in which the joint points with the 'small' society, which can be grasped by innate abilities, are searched for, and beyond that, contact points with the 'large' society are to be found.

本研究は,とりわけ学校教育で前提とされている資質・能力が,「全ての資質・能力に共通し,その資質・能力を高めていくために重要となる要素とは何かを明らかにし」たものとして位置づけられており,個々の文脈のなかで働くことよりも,汎用性が強調されている現状において,あえて個々の文脈に依拠する自己利益に焦点化するキャリア形成支援の在り方を提示することは,現在のキャリア教育/キャリア形成支援に対して意味をもちうるといえる。
