Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of the study is to develop the land use planning method considering Green Infrastructure (GI). Target area is Tokushima urban area in Japan which has continuing population decrease, and with various disaster risks. The planning method includes the evaluation model for land use as a GI, and an estimation model of farmland changes. GI about disaster mitigation is evaluated in the study. In the first year (2017), I developed the evaluation model for flood disaster risk using the volume of remained surface water from rainfall and the number of elderly household. In the second year (2018), I developed the estimation model for farmland changes to urban area by Maxent model. In the last year (2019), I developed flood disaster risk model for each basin using land use data. I proposed the land use control policy from the results of the study.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では、土地の持つ防災特性をグリーンインフラと捉え、その防災性能を評価する手法を開発した。具体的には流域単位で農地の洪水被害を軽減する機能を評価するとともに、農地の宅地化の可能性を予測、これらの結果から、土地利用規制の方向性を示した。災害に強い都市構造を実現するためには、農地や緑地の災害軽減効果を評価することが必要である。本研究はこの部分に関連するものである。
