This study elucidates the mechanism of occurrence of three factors(motivation, opportunity, and justification) related to research misconduct factors among scientists.The purpose of this project is to develop a new ethics education program to improve the deterrence against fraud.In this study, we developed a research ethics education program that incorporates the concept of well-being as an effective measure to prevent research misconduct.As a method of measuring educational evaluation, we developed a new evaluation instrument to measure the suppression of research misconduct based on the EPOCH scale.
