Research Abstract

北タイHIVコホートを発展させるため、死亡・日和見感染・抗HIV薬治療結果・副作用出現に関する詳細な臨床情報を収集解析し、さらに北タイHIV拠点病院間連携を確立してHIV非感染配偶者・HIV長期生存者の参加者数を倍増させた。HIV 感染者765名、HIV 非感染配偶者105名についてHLAクラスI A,B,C アリールを4桁レベルで決定し、ウイルス量や副作用と強く相関する新たなアリールを複数発見した。
