Research Abstract

マウス胎児の歯牙から象牙芽前駆細胞(odontoblast-lineage cell (OLC))を樹立した。そこで、ヌードマウスの皮膚にPura Matrixに播種したOLCを移植したところ、8週間後に移植したOLCの約25%に有意な石灰化したコラーゲン塊が出現した。次に、歯胚上皮組織とOLCの三次元培養系、及びin vivo三次元再構成体の腎移植系において歯冠の形成を観察できた。
