Research Abstract |
1) 低グリセミック・インデックス(GI)食のメタボリック症候群予防効果に関するラットを用いた分子機構として、門脈内グルコース濃度上昇に応答する早期インスリン分泌能の解明、パラチノースとオレイン酸の組合せ食および長期キシリトールの糖質・脂質代謝改善効果、苦瓜の食後高血糖抑制機序、糖質調整流動食の長期投与による内臓脂肪蓄積予防、2) 低GI食のメタボリック症候群予防効果に関するヒトによる評価では、粘性食品の食後高血糖予防効果、糖質調整流動食のメタボリック症候群予防効果、大麦および糖質調整流動食Inslowのメタボリック症候群予防効果、3) メタボリック症候群の予防に関与するヒト末梢血白血球遺伝子としてpyxuvate dehydrogenase kinase, isozyme 4(PDK4)、calnitine palmitoyltransferase 1A(liver)(CPTIA)を同定した。
