| Research Abstract |
音響共鳴を利用した高速密度測定装置を新規開発した. これにより収穫直後にキウイフルーツ密度の全数測定が可能になり, 密度と密接な関係にある追熟後最終糖度を個体ごとに予測することが可能となった. 密度の差異が熟度進行に及ぼす影響は見られなかったが, 収穫後に一定の低温貯蔵期間をはさむと, 密度は高いにも関わらず最終糖度が予測より低くなる可能性が示唆された更なる検証が必要であるが,流通においては, 高密度果実から出荷すべきであり, 密度と貯蔵履歴を十分考慮する必要があることが明らかになった.
