Research Abstract |
癌治療において免疫療法が注目されているが、どのような免疫療法剤をどのような患者にしようするべきか、その基準は未だ不明である。我々は口腔癌患者の免疫細胞の遺伝子を検索することにより、各種免疫療法剤の効果が見込める患者、見込めない患者の選択基準の確立に寄与するデータが得られた。さらに、これらのデータは、効果が見込めない患者における対処法の確立にも寄与すると考えられる。
