Research Abstract

本研究を通じてメタボリックシンドローム患者の運動介入に関しては運動量増加という観点から歩数の増加、体力増加などを積極的に支援していくことの重要性が明らかとなった。ただ運動量の増加だけでは不十分で一方では血圧低下の観点からはリラックスを主目的とした東洋的運動の効果も重要であり、日常生活にこれらの有酸素運動と東洋的運動をうまく組み合わせることで効果的な運動療法になると考えられた。したがって運動療法支援にはこれらの運動を組み合わせて支援することが重要と考えられた。
