| Research Abstract |
The research purposes are to construct a social system to recycle the fibers and to clarify the problem by the basic research data. When textile goods are mass-produced and are consumed in large quantities, we are embarrassed with clothes not thrown away at home. I had the doubt how many resource collection routes there were each prefecture. I collected pamphlets of the resource collection made by the local government. The collection total of the pamphlet that was able to be collected from mailing and the homepage was 1609 (collection rate 89.0%). It is written how to put out textile goods as incineration garbage, a resource, and a bulky garbage item. I analyzed the described content. The mean value of nationwide administrative divisions became like 92.4% as for a combustible treatment, 62.3% as for the resource treatment, 72.8% as for a rough large treatment, and 18.7% as for a nonflammable treatment. It became 45.8% in Hokkaido, 38.0% in Tohoku, 77.4% in Kanto, 39.6% in Shin-etsu and Hokuriku, 80.0% in Tokai, 77.7% in Kinki, 63.2% in Chugoku, 55.4% in Shikoku, 72.4% in Kyushu, and 45.5% in Okinawa and there was a difference in regional by the region about the resource treatment. As for the region where the ratio of the municipality that collects the resource exceeded 70 percent, the characteristics of region where the reason fiber trader and industry that does the reproduction use exist from a historical viewpoint. It seemed that the collection route of the administration was specified because there were the exit demand that used the collection things.
