Research Abstract

日本の中近世において、狩野派をはじめとする絵師たちは、中国で成立した画題を、筆様制作を通して受容し、手本となった中国絵画をもとに障壁画のような大画面に展開した。その過程で、状況にあわせて構図などを変容し、また、情景・人物などを和様化するなどして、画題として伝達し、さらに蓄積していったことを、文献史料と作品を通して明らかにした。
