| Research Abstract |
本研究では,社会文化的アプローチを基礎理論として,英語教師の学びについて新しい研究の枠組みを提供し,英語教師の学び・成長を支援する教師教育の方法や環境の開発を行った。具体的には,(1)社会文化的アプローチを援用した英語教師教育の基礎理論の研究,(2)英語教師の学びと成長を支援するポートフォリオの開発,(3)英語教師教育方法論としてのナラティブ・アプローチの研究,という課題に取り組んだ。
