Research Abstract

企業・従業員間の関係は、情報化社会・知識社会への移行に伴い急速に変化しており、紛争内容も質的に変化し増加しているが、企業内での紛争調整に関して、今回の研究で次の点が明らかになった。すなわち、従来からの画一的な調整のあり方のみでは、将来に亘って効率良く調整できるとはいえず、これまでの調整システムに加えて個別的な調整システムが必要である点、また、従来からの集団・個人間の調整規範である有利原則否定のルールは改め、少なくとも一部において肯定する必要がある点、加えて、新たな調整システムとして、従来の集団的交渉・調整システムではなく中立的機能を重視した調整システムの検討が必要である点等である。
