| Research Abstract |
地域包括支援センターのケアマネジャーに対する面接調査から、(1)ケアマネジャーは利用者のできることに焦点をあて意欲を促していること、(2)介護保険サービスの内容見直し、利用者や家族、介護保険外サービスの活用により、サービスの利用制限を補っていることが明らかになった。あわせて、介護保険サービスの利用者の面接調査から、利用者自身が効果を実感することが介護予防プログラム継続のキー要因であることが解明された。
