| Research Abstract |
研究成果の概要:南極ドームふじ基地において掘削された氷床コアおよそ100m分についてイオン濃度分析を実施し、硝酸イオン濃度プロファイル中の十数箇所に超新星爆発起源と思われる高濃度スパイクを検出した。本研究ではこれらの発現年代を正確に推定するため、ドームふじ氷床コアの硫酸イオン濃度測定結果と大規模火山噴火年代との関連性を考慮して、誤差1年以内の氷の堆積年代(深度と年代の関係)を求めた。
