Research Abstract

車や人の渋滞について、理論解析および実験をおこない、その解消方法を提案した。まず、車の渋滞について、織り込み合流部の理論解析を行い、流量低下を避けるために、車線変更禁止線を引くことで合流ポイントを遅らせるアイディアを提案した。さらに高速道路でのサグ部の渋滞緩和について、渋滞吸収走行の社会実験をした。人の渋滞についても、成田国際空港などの大規模施設における渋滞緩和を想定し、入国審査場での待ち行列の最適化の研究をした。
