Research Abstract

燃料電池自動車用の水素ガス漏洩等をセンシングする新弾性表面波ガス・センサーを提案した。従来の弾性表面波センサーは、圧電結晶基板が水晶に限定されていたが、自己温度補償機能の発案により結晶に対する制約を取り除いた。基本周波数と3倍周波数を用いることにより、センサーのダイナミック・レンジを大幅に拡大出来る可能性を示した。更に、2.4-GHz帯ZigBeeセンサー・ネットワークに本センサーを導入するための周辺回路との共通化等の可能性も示した。
