Research Abstract

オオセンチコガネの全分布域の47地点から採集された標本について反射スペクトルを測定し.本種の色彩の地理的変異を定量的に測定し解析した.その結果.反射スペクトルのピークの波長の短い緑色やルリ色に見える個体からなる集団が.屋久島.近畿地方南部.北海道南東部などに局所的に分布することを明らかとなった.日本産の個体について.ミトコンドリアCOI 遺伝子の部分配列にもとづき系統解析をおこなった結果.「九州・屋久島」と「本州・四国・北海道」の二つの大きな系統群に分かれることが明らかとなった.これらの系統群は.色彩にもとづいて認識された亜種の分類とは一致していなかった.
