Research Abstract

腸管の上皮層にはmembrane-type serine protease 1(以下MT-SP1)やgranzymeA(以下GrA)と呼ばれるセリンプロテアーゼが存在している。本研究ではGrAが古くなった腸管上皮細胞の除去に関与する可能性を示した。またMT-SP1がIEC-6細胞の細胞死を誘導するかを明らかにする目的で、本酵素のリコンビナント体の作製に着手し、その大量調製に成功した。
