| Research Abstract |
水路改修により, 産卵に植生が必要な魚類が減少し, 植生を必要としない魚類が増加するとともに, 下流河川から大量のタイリクバラタナゴが侵入するといった魚類を中心とした生物種構成の変化が見られること, 生物相の遷移は3から4年である程度の収束を見せること, 魚溜工などの自然配慮型の工法が魚類の保全に効果があること, 水理環境は大幅に変化するが, 水質などには大きな変化を与えていないこと, 改修が魚類の移動には大きな影響を与えていないこと, 産卵適地が失われた魚類が藻類やゴミなどに産卵することにより繁殖を継続していることについても知見を得た.
