Research Abstract

兎VXII移植腫瘍にDextran Magnetite(DM)を注入、RF誘導加温し、加温特性と効果を検討した。注入2日目DMは細胞周囲に存在、5日後に消失。注入後加温、DM存在下腫瘍内温は45度に達し5日目CT上DM残存した。鉄染色でDMは細胞質内に存在。兎腫瘍で45度30分の加温が可能で腫瘍の縮小と増大速度の遷延を認めた。結果、DM注入後RF加温で腫瘍細胞内にDMが取り込まれ、再度の誘導加温が可能である。
