Research Abstract

本研究からは以下のことが明らかになった
入院している幼児に付き添う親の入院に伴う養育行動の変容過程を明らかにし、支援方法を検討することを目的に、1週間以上の付き添い経験のある母親および小児看護経験のある看護師への面接調査をおこなった。母親の養育行動には、子どもを見守る、心地のよくする、療養が守れるようにする、日常生活の中に療養を組み入れることが抽出され、入院時期とのあいだに関連があった。養育行動の変容には、子どもの状態と行動の変化の受け入れ、療養環境への母親の適応が関与していた。
