Research Abstract

医学研究に適用される倫理指針に照らして, インフォームド・コンセント, 倫理審査委員会, 個人情報保護をはじめとする法的倫理的問題を検討した。実践的な活動としては, 疫学研究倫理指針と臨床研究倫理指針を各々策定する厚生労働省専門委員会委員として, 検討に参加するとともに, 既存資料や包括同意の問題および未成年者の問題をはじめとして, そこでの議論を踏まえた理論的検討を行った。また, 包括同意に関連するものとして, whole-genome研究のための血液等の試料提供の問題を検討した。
