Research Abstract	定年退職を「予期された所得の落ち込み」と捉えることで、代表的な消費理論である、恒常所得・ライフサイクル仮説が実証的にテスト可能となることが重要である。海外での先行研究が、労働市場からの退出を意味する「退職」を分析していたのに対し、本研究では「定年退職」について考察する。退職消費パズルについて検討することによって、恒常所得・ライフサイクル仮説の理論的な改善の方向性を示すことができるのである。
