Research Abstract

本研究では「原爆被害」と「被爆者」の意味をめぐって繰り広げられる政治的・文化的闘争について、戦後補償と被爆者援護に関する法制度、日本被団協運動と在韓被爆者運動(特に裁判闘争)、被爆者の証言行為を中心に考察した。特に、「被爆者」が法によって作られた主体位置だという点に着目しながら、日本被団協の立法運動や在韓被爆者の裁判闘争が「被爆者」や「原爆被害」の時空間的な範囲を広げてきた様相を描いた。
