| Research Abstract |
本研究は,小中学校の教員志望者が,問題場面でのコミュニケーションのレパートリーを学ぶための教育プログラムの開発を目的として実施した.この教育プログラムは,小中学生が教師に求める言葉かけに関する調査研究の成果を授業の中で報告しながら,受講者によるグループでの話し合いを中心にすすめるものであった.当該プログラムの効果を検討したところ,受講者のコミュニケーションのレパートリーを広げるのに資することを確認した.
