Research Abstract

インフラプロジェクトでは、複数の(実際には多数の)リスク要因が存在していることが通常である。しかし、複数リスク下における、プロジェクトリスクの最適なリスク分担構造について、未だ理論的な裏付けによって導かれたものは存在しない。本研究では、インフラプロジェクトにおける複数リスクのアンバンドリングを考慮した最適リスク分担構造を、合理的意思決定モデルを用いることによって、演繹的に導き出した点に新たな貢献がある。
