Outline of Annual Research Achievements

有線方式と無線方式の共通化を目指して下記の開発を行なった。
1)有線方式:昨年度原理的に実証された三相マルチセルのミニモデルでの実験結果を基に,最終目的である50kWセル方式電力変換システムの設計,試作を行なった。大容量化にあたり,各セル間で循環するコモンモード電流が問題になることが予想される。今年度はマルチセルにおけるノイズ経路の解明および効果的なフィルタ構成および設計法を確立した。また,この際,各セル間での無線通信を拡張し,Buletoothなどの一般無線通信手段をパワーエレクトロニクスシステムに適用するための技術開発を行った。無線通信手段の通信遅延時間のばらつきについて一次評価を行った。加えて,昨年度検討したモジュラーマルチレベルカスケードコンバータを応用したセル方式の充電システムにおいて,各セルの電力にアンバランスが生じていても,系統電流を正弦波に制御できる制御方式について,ミニモデルを用いた実験により書も脳の性能を得た。特に重畳する電圧とアンバランスの許容率の関係を明確化し,実験により解析結果が正しいことを立証した。
2)無線方式:インバータ回路から発生するノイズが電源系統に影響を与えないように,大容量高周波インバータの放射ノイズ低減技術を開発した。具体的には,PCBのパターンの電磁界解析と熱解析を実施し,パターンの最適設計法を確立し,6.78MHzで2kW出力を得ることに成功した。また,原理的に漏えい磁界が発生しないことを目指して,ダイオードクランプ型リニアアンプ(DCLA)回路をインバータに適用したシステムを考案し,ミニモデルにより評価を行い,漏えい磁界が発生しないことを確認した。

有線式,無線式共に当初予定したとおりの進捗であり,実験検証も順調に進められている。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

有線方式と無線方式の共通化を目指して最終年度は下記の開発を行い,研究としてまとめる。
1)有線方式:50kWの9セルからなる充電システムに向けたWPTシステムを設計し,統合を図る。特にWPTが発生する漏えい磁界やマルチセル方式でのノイズについて定量的な評価を行い,所望の規格を満足することを確認する。加えてモジュラーマルチレベルカスケードコンバータを応用したセル方式の充電システムにおいても同様にWPTシステムと統合整形を行い,無線方式との融合を図る。
2)無線方式:昨年度ミニモデル評価で非常に良い結果が得られたDCLA方式の大容量化を行う。大容量化するに当たり,レベル数を3から16に拡張し,デバイスの冷却システムを最適化する。さらに,有線方式と統合出来るようにDCLA方式の入力側の回路について見直しを行い,有線方式と無線方式を統合する。
