Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2021年度については、水分移動ならびに乾燥時のセメントペーストの空隙構造の変化、ならびにその変化速度に関する研究を実施するとともに成果をまとめ、対外的に発表を行った。1) 低熱ポルトランドセメントの乾燥時の空隙構造変化を水蒸気吸着等温線と窒素吸着等温線により評価し、水酸化カルシウムが少ない分、空隙が大きくなるとともに収縮が大きくなる傾向にあることを示した。2) 窒素吸着におる等温線を分子動力学計算によって評価した表面ポテンシャルとスリット型構造を仮定した空隙構造により、3つないし4つの卓越した空隙構造が乾燥・吸湿において異なる変化速度で変化していることを示した。3)長期的な空隙構造変化と水分移動を組み合わせた、時間依存性吸着等温線モデルを世界で初めて提案し、国際ジャーナルにおいて掲載された。4)カルシウムシリケート水和物の乾燥時の挙動評価を念頭に、分子動力学計算の知見を集約し、現在までに明らかになったこと、また、今後の課題についてレビュー論文としてとりまとまた。5)乾燥時のC-S-Hの動的な変化は主として、80%RH前後から40%RH前後に卓越して変化し、特に長さ変化として大きな影響をうけることを明らかにした。6)異なる5つの湿度で調湿したエーライトペーストの空隙構造変化を1H-NMR Relaxometryによって評価し、C-S-H層間ならびに外部表面での吸着水の緩和時間が異なること、C-S-HのOH基の一部はMobile成分の水と熱交換しない状態にあることなどが明らかになった。

Reason

C-S-Hの空隙構造が変化することを1H-NMR、水蒸気吸着、SAXS、窒素空着などさまざな手法で定量的に示したこと、また、水分移動については、X線ラジオグラフィ、中性子ラジオグラフィ、内部の湿度分布、破壊試験による含水率測定によって明らかにしたことなどから、当初の目標について一定の成果がでている。これらの実験結果については時間依存性吸着等温線モデルを用いた水分移動評価手法という形で提案を行った。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

次年度は、
・過去に実施してきた内容について補足的な実験の遂行、特にNMRによる水分分布評価法について取得したデータについて論文化を行うとともに、本とりまとめに際し明らかになる今後の課題を整理する。
・その他、セメント、およびモルタルを用いた各種の実験については、順次論文化を行い、とりまとめと今後の課題を明らかにする予定である。
