Outline of Final Research Achievements

Phosphoproteomic analysis revealed that major phosphorylation sites in the growth cone were mainly phosphorylated by JNK.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

成長円錐の分子マーカー、およびin vivoの神経成長・軸索再生の分子マーカーとして、複数のリン酸化特異抗体を樹立できた。これらはこれまでの同種のものの中で、最も特異性の高いものであり、また成長円錐のシグナル伝達の理解にも大きく貢献できるものとなった。これらの中にはヒトを含む霊長類でも適用可能なものもある。またリン酸化プロテオミクスのビッグデータをどのように解析するか、というスタンダードな方法論を確立できたものと考えている。
超解像度顕微鏡では3次元可視化が可能となって、Z軸方向のイメージング情報が得られるようになった。これらはライブイメージングも可能となった。
