Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
First, PI and Co-I presented a co-authored paper on TDC structure at an international conference and published it in the conference proceedings. Second, PI published a paper which analyzed interviews according to the social exchange theory framework in an international peer-reviewed journal. Third, PI analyzed the quantitative survey data and built an SEM model, including the antecedents and consequences of the TDC relationship. Results validated the research model and confirmed the full mediation effect of satisfaction on trust and commitment. Four antecedents (i.e., communication quality, opportunistic behavior, financial dependence, and social dependence) indicated varying effects on the channel relationship. The manuscript is currently under review at an international journal.
