| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to research the working conditions of those who support art projects that have expanded with tendency of cultural policies. At the same time, it seeks to develop a form of cultural policy grounded in the realities of the field, as well as a sociological perspective focused on the cultural production. Through literature review and field research, including interviews, I have been able to explore and discuss the precarious labor of field workers--made more visible by the pandemic--the relationship between these conditions and the labor and gender structures in Japanese society, and the nature of sustainable cultural policies and the dynamism of contemporary art production. The results have been shared in various forms such as lectures, academic conferences, books, and journals.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
